摘要
以某厂加氢工艺装置为例,分析了该装置的主要危险性为火灾爆炸危险性,其中包括物料的火灾爆炸危险性、工艺设备的火灾危险性、爆炸性气体环境分区;该装置的主要危险性还包括设备腐蚀。通过对主要危险性分析,可为该装置的安全生产保障措施的制定,初步设计及施工图的制定,提供重要的参考依据。
Taking hydrogenation craft equipment for example,this paper analyses main risk on it.Aurong the equipment,explosion and fire might happen dealingwith materials,devices and working ares with explosive gases.In term of main risk,corrosion of equipment is also protential dangerous.For the purpose of safety production,this paper put forward vital basis dealingwith primary design and construction drawing as well,for readers' reference.
