摘要
粮食价格波动程度直接反映粮食供需关系的变化,以稻米、小麦、玉米等3种主要粮食作物为研究对象,将其价格作为观测指标,分析了2003—2017年中国粮食供需状况。着重分析了粮食价格剧烈波动阶段中国粮食供给和需求形势,探讨了粮食供需不平衡的形成原因,并对未来中国粮食供需形势进行了展望。
The fluctuation of grain prices directly reflects the changes in the relationship between grain supply and demand. In this paper, three main grain crops such as rice, wheat and maize were taken as the research objects, and their prices were taken as the observation index to analyze the supply and demand of grain in China from 2003 to 2016. The authors focused on analyzing the situation of grain supply and demand in China during the periods of drastic food price fluctuations, discussed the reasons for the imbalance in grain supply and demand, and forecasted the situation of China＇s grain supply and demand in the future.
