摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法对格列齐特缓释片中的格列齐特含量进行检测。方法用型号为Hypersil ODS2的250mm×4.6mm液相色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(60:40,磷酸调至pH 3.3),填料颗粒直径为5μm,检测波长为228nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果格列齐特在0.6~6.0μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.32%,RSD=1.28%。结论应用高效液相色谱法对格列齐特缓释片中格列齐特含量进行测定,具有操作简便、重现性好,可用于该制剂格列齐特含量测定。
Objective To detect the content of gliozide in gliozide sustained release tablets by HPLC. Methods Use a 250 mm×4.6 mm liquid chromatographic column(model for Hypersil ODS2),the mobile phase of methanol:water(60:40,phosphoric acid to pH 3.3),the filler particle diameter of 5μm,detection wavelength of 228 nm,the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results Gliclazide had good linear relationship in 0.6~0.6μg/ml between concentration scope,the average recovery was 99.32%,RSD=1.28%. Conclusion Determined the content of Gliclazide in Gliclazide sustained release tablets by HPLC that has a simple operation and good reproducibility.
