摘要
目的建立降糖宁胶囊中添加格列齐特的检验方法。方法采用HPLC法及IR法对降糖宁胶囊中添加的化学药格列齐特进行了定性分析,并进行了分析方法的验证。结果建立的定性方法专属性强,检测限HPLC法为3.68×10-3μg。结论本文提供的检验方法,可用于检出降糖宁胶囊中添加的化学药成分格列齐特。
OBJECTIVE To establish an examination method for gliclazide added in jiangtangning capsules. METHODS The chemical drug gliclazide, added in jiangtangning capsules, was analyzed qualitatively by HPLC and IR, while the results had been verified. RESULTS The specificity of the method was good, and the limit of detection for HPLC was 3.68 ×10^-3μg . CONCLUSIONS The detection methods and projects in this paper can detect the chemical compound gliclazide that was added illegally in jiangtangning capsules.
