摘要
党的十九大更加明确了加快建立创新体系的必要性,对城市创新系统的研究来源于对区域创新系统的研究,城市创新能力是城市竞争力的决定性因素之一,对城市创新能力的评价研究对推动区域创新发展、建设创新型国家有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。在介绍国内外关于区域创新评价和城市创新评价相关权威性研究的基础上,着眼于评价指标体系和评价方法,结合国内城市创新评价研究的现状,总结国内城市创新评价研究的不足,提出发展展望。
The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clarified the necessity of the establishment of innovation system. City innovation system belongs to the category of regional innovation system and city innovation capability is one of the decisive factors of city competitiveness.The evaluation of city innovation capability has important theoretical and practical significance in promoting regional innovation and building innovative country.Based on the introduction of domestic and foreign researches on regional innovation evaluation and city innovation evaluation,this paper focuses on the evaluation index system and methods,summarizes the shortcomings of current research,and puts forward the development combined with the domestic research of city innovation evaluation.
