摘要
区域创新能力对区域经济具有至关重要的作用。为了提高区域创新能力,增强企业创新实力,带动经济快速发展,需要建立评价体系分析影响区域创新能力的因素。通过研究区域创新理论,本文从投入能力、创新环境、管理能力和创新产出等方面选取了几个指标,运用层次分析法构建了区域创新能力评价体系,并对河南省郑洛新国家自主创新示范区的区域创新能力评价指标进行了分析。在此基础上,对郑州市的创新能力进行了评价,并提出了加大创新投入、建立健全创新环境、优化管理体系、提高创新产出、提高区域创新能力的建议。
Regional innovation ability plays an important role in regional economy. In order to improve the ability of regional innovation, strengthen the innovation strength of enterprises and promote the rapid development of economy, it is necessary to establish an evaluation system to analyze the factors that affect the regional innovation ability. Through studying the theory of regional innovation, this paper selected several indexes from the aspects of investment ability, innovation environment, management ability and innovation ability, and constructed the evaluation system of regional innovation ability by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). On this basis, the innovation ability of Zhengzhou was evaluated, and suggestions were put forward to increase investment in innovation, establish a sound innovation environment, optimize management system, increase innovation output, and improve the regional innovation ability.
