综放工作面瓦斯抽采最优钻孔参数研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对平煤某矿己15-24070(下)综放工作面瓦斯含量高、易超限影响安全生产的难题,采用COMSOL数值模拟软件建立三维抽采模型,结合固体力学、达西定律,研究了钻孔间距、钻孔直径对卸压范围和瓦斯压力衰减规律的影响,确定出合理抽采参数。在此基础上,提出己15-24070(下)综放工作面采用平行钻孔布置方式。现场实践表明:恰当布置钻孔间距、钻孔直径能够显著提高瓦斯抽采率,从卸压瓦斯抽采量角度考虑己15-24070(下)综放工作面钻孔间距3~5 m,直径0.1~0.133 m时,工作面顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采效率达到29%,抽采效果明显。 Aiming at the problem that the gas content in the F15-24070( below) fully mechanized caving face of a mine in Pingmei was high and easy to exceed the limit,which influenced the work safety,a three-dimensional model of gas extraction was established by using the COMSOL numerical simulation software. Combined with the solid mechanics and Darcy's law,the influence of borehole spacing and borehole diameter on the pressure relief range and the gas pressure attenuation laws was studied,and the reasonable extraction parameters were determined. On this basis,it was proposed that the layout of parallel borehole should be adopted in the F15-24070( below) fully mechanized caving face. The site application showed that the appropriate setting of borehole spacing and borehole diameter could significantly improve the gas extraction efficiency. Considering the pressure relief gas extraction quantity,the gas extraction efficiency in the bedding drilling of the working face reached 29% when the borehole spacing was 3-5 m and the borehole diameter was 0. 1-0. 133 m in the F15-24070( below) fully mechanized caving face,and the gas extraction effect was obvious.
