摘要
文化自觉是历史文化名镇保护的逻辑前提。在文化自觉视域下福建省永泰县嵩口古镇的保护工作取得了一定的成效,但也面临着文化全球化的冲击,社会民众保护观念不强,保护主体单一化,管理机制未建立,政策措施有待完善等问题。因此,应从多元文化主体协同参与,共同推进历史文化名镇的活态传承;加强教育和培训,提高社会民众的文化生态素养;加强全局统筹,实现整体规划;规范管理,建立保护与发展的运作机制等方面提出相应的对策。
Cultural consciousness is the logical premise for the protection of the famous historical and cultural town. The protection of Songkou Ancient Town in Yongtai,Fujian province,has been achieved certain results under culture self-consciousness,but it still faces many problems,such as the impact of the cultural globalization,the lack of the protection consciousness,the simplified protection subject,the lack of management mechanism,the improvement of the policies and the measures and so on.Therefore,we should put forward the corresponding measures from the multicultural subjects,cooperate with each other to promot the living transmission of the famous historical and cultural town,strengthen the education and training, improve the people＇s cultural and ecological literacy,strengthen the overall planning and realize the comprehensive plan,standardize the management and establish the operating mechanism of the protection and development.
