混凝-气浮法处理煤化工废水的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 煤化工废水是一类典型的难生物降解工业废水。采用混凝-气浮法处理煤化工废水,并探讨其最佳运行参数。试验结果显示,混凝-气浮处理的参数选择为:气浮时间为9min,P(AM-DMD-MMA)投药量为8mg/L,溶气压力控制在0.4MPa^0.6MPa,且原水浓度越高,除油率越高,可达97%左右。对于煤化工含油废水,混凝-气浮法处理比单纯混凝沉淀处理效果更好,值得在煤化工工业推广应用。 Coal chemical wastewater is a kind of typical industrial wastewater which is difficult to biodegrade.In this experiment,coagulating-gas-suspension method were used to treat coal chemical industry wastewater,and the optimum operation parameters were discussed.The test results show that the parameters of the coagulation flotation are as follows:the air flotation time is9 min,the dosage of P(AM DMD MMA)is 8 mg/L,the pressure of dissolved gas is controlled in 0.4 MPa-0.6 MPa.The higher the concentration of the raw water,the higher the oil removal rate,which is more than 97%.For the oily wastewater of coal chemical industry,the effect of coagulating-gas-suspension treatment is better than that of pure coagulation precipitation treatment,and it is worth popularizing and applying in coal chemical industry.
