摘要
通过对中小企业提升和特色小镇建设的理论梳理、实证分析,发现:对于中小企业提升,特色小镇具有服务综合化、产业特色化、效用集聚化等功能,聚集产生的内在机制在于规模、协作、学习等效应,对中小企业发展发挥了加速器作用。特色小镇内中小企业的能级提升又能反向促进小镇的发展,这种双向互动积极作用将有效推动我国农村现代化,具有深远的理论与现实意义。
By reviewing the theories on the promotion of small and medium sized enterprises and on the drive of building a characteristic town, the author finds that the coordinated efforts play the role of comprehensive service, featured industries and collected efficacy. They can be helpful in size enlargement, collaboration and learning from each other and boost the development of small and medium sized enterprises. This mutual interaction will promote the rural modernization drive and is of significant theoretically and practically.
