摘要
针对柴油机在用润滑油被燃油稀释的监测问题,首先利用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)方法进行了快速监测实验研究,配制了不同燃油稀释比例的润滑油样品,并分析了各油样的FTIR曲线,研究发现燃油特征吸收峰面积值与燃油稀释比例之间存在线性关系;然后,利用最小二乘法拟合了二者之间的线性公式,并使用未参加拟合的油样测量值进行了准确性验证;最后,运用该方法对某柴油机实际在用油进行了监测,及时发现了存在的燃油稀释问题,证明了该方法可快速定量监测在用油的燃油污染程度。
Aiming at the fuel-dilution monitoring of used-oil in diesel engine,the method of Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectral analysis is used to do rapid monitoring experiment research,and the oil samples with different fuel-dilution proportion are compounded,and the FTIR spectrum curves of each sample are analyzed.It is found that there is a linear relationship between the characteristic absorption peak areas of fuel and fuel-dilution proportion,and the linear formula between them is fitted by using the least squares method.And the measured value of oil sample which does not participate in fitting is used to carry out accuracy verification.With the proposed method,the actual used-oil of a certain diesel is monitored,and the fuel-dilution problem is discovered in time.It is certificated that the range of fuel dilution of used-oil can be rapidly and quantitatively monitored with the method.
