摘要 某型柴油机耐久性试验过程中发现润滑油粘度持续下降,排除进水故障后,怀疑存在燃油稀释问题。利用粘度进行了燃油稀释快速监测实验研究,配制了不同燃油稀释比例的润滑油样品,发现粘度值与燃油稀释比例之间存在线性关系。利用最小二乘法拟合了二者之间的线性公式,并使用未参加拟合的油样测量值进行了准确性验证。应用该方法,及时发现了耐久性试验中的燃油稀释故障,同时也证明了该方法可快速定量监测在用油的燃油污染程度。 It was found that the viscosity of lubricating oil declined continuously during the durability test of diesel engine, and the fuel dilution problem was suspected after eliminated the water failure. The method of viscosity measurement was used to rapidly monitoring experiment research, the oil samples with different fuel-dilution proportion were compounded. Found that there is a linear relationship between the viscosity and fuel-dilution proportion, the linear formula between them was fitted by used the least squares method, then the measured value of oil sample which did not participate in fitting was used to accuracy verification. With the method, the fuel-dilution problem in the durability test was discovered in time, and it also proves that the range of fuel dilution of used-oil can be rapidly quantitatively monitored with the method.
