摘要
混凝土养护龄期对混凝土弹性模量和和孔隙结构都会产生重要影响,通过研究桥梁用C50高性能混凝土的弹性模量随龄期增长的发展规律,利用压汞测试仪对龄期为5、28 d混凝土的孔隙结构进行了测试,并引入分形理论分析了混凝土的孔隙结构,进而分析了养护龄期对弹性模量和孔隙结构的影响。结果表明:养护龄期对混凝土性能和孔隙结构有较大的影响,混凝土表观性能与孔隙结构之间存在密切关系;随着混凝土养护龄期的增大,混凝土弹性模量不断增大,混凝土孔隙率不断减小,同时孔径分布更加均匀,混凝土更加致密。分形维数和孔隙率变化趋势相反,分形维数随孔隙率增大而减小,混凝土的孔体积分形维数随弹性模量的提高而变大。
The concrete curing age have an important effect on the elastic modulus of concrete and pore structure, through the study on the elastic modulus of C50 concrete change with age, was tested the pore structure of the age of 5 days and 28 days of concrete, and using the fractal dimension theory to analyze the pore structure concrete, and analyzed the effect of curing age on elastic modulus and pore structure. The results show that the curing period has great influence on the performance of concrete and concrete pore structure, the apparent relationship between properties and pore structure. With the increase of concrete curing period, the elastic modulus of concrete increases, the concrete porosity decreases, and the pore size distribution is more uniform, denser concrete.Change of dimension and porosity of the opposite trend, the fractal dimension with the porosity increases, and the elastic modulus of concrete increases with the in- crease of pore volume fractal dimension.
