摘要
"碰瓷"现象在现代化进程中恶化了人际关系,生成了"伦理病灶"。概念上,"碰瓷"即是不义之人以欺诈或勒索等手段占有他人钱财的行为或现象;本性上,恶的本性存在并规定着施害人与受害人、目的、方法和结果等整个事件;后果上,"碰瓷"现象已经和正在消解人们的诚信观念,助推道德冷漠,危害社会和谐,消磨人们的自立精神,由道德危机走向伦理危机,最终成为文化危机。
The phenomena of＂Pengci＂deteriorated interpersonal relations in modernization course causing ethical focus and then evolved into cultural crisis. Literally,＂Pengci＂means such actions or phenomena that unjust persons blackmail others＇ money through unjust ways. The ethical nature of＂pengci＂is its falseness or fraudulence. Such nature is everywhere in the whole event of＂pengci＂, including the perpetrators,the victims, the aims, the methods, the results, and so on. Such phenomena have been deconstructing the credibility and integrity of people,boosting indifference in morality, harming social harmony, frittering away the independence spirits of people, going from moral crisis to ethical crisis and finally cultural crisis.
