摘要
以学科和课堂理论教学为主的商贸人才培养模式已经不能适应经济社会发展对现代商贸人才培养提出的要求。如何改革人才培养模式,改变过去以学科和课堂理论教学为主的教学模式,实现依托校企合作,创建"学做一体、理实一体"人才培养新模式,是我们培养以满足社会对商贸类职业人才的需求,探索项目合作的可行性与对策研究,是高职院校同行共识和大势所趋。
The training mode of business talents based on discipline and classroom theory teaching has been unable to meet the requirements of economic and social development for the training of modern business talents.How to reform the personnel training mode,change the past to discipline and classroom teaching oriented teaching mode,relying on the implementation of school enterprise cooperation,create＂learning to do integration,integration of theory and practice of new talent training mode.
