校内生产性实训基地的建设是实现高职院校人才技能培养与素质培养的重要途径,通过研究校内生产性实训基地建设的模式,寻求符合专业特色、结合区域经济发展特点的校内生产性实训基地,促进校内生产性实训基地健康、可持续发展,形成高质量人才培养和校企合作长效机制,实现学校、企业、学生三方共赢,探索出最适合于专业发展需求的校内生产性实训基地模式。
