摘要
新形势下高校要走"内涵发展、提档升级"的发展道路,必须围绕"立德树人"根本任务,着力提升思想政治工作质量。高校实施思想政治工作质量提升工程,理应在理念、机制、模式等维度构筑质量提升工程的"施工基础",破解高校思想政治工作不平衡不充分问题,从而推进一体化育人体系构建,加快培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人。
Connotative development and upgrading higher education in the new circumstances requires colleges and universities to vigorously elevate the level of ideological and political work focused on the task of cultivating talents with high moral values. Colleges and universities should update their ideas, mechanisms and work patterns in order to create a solid foundation for better ideological and political work and build an integrated system to make it more balanced, more rounded, and more suited to the fundamental task of creating well rounded socialist builders and successors.
