摘要
游梁式抽油机一直都是油田的主要采油设备,用于游梁式抽油机的电动机由于受结构等因素影响,在运行过程中经常出现倒发电现象,造成电能浪费。因电动机倒发电是在抽油机拖动下进行的,转速不稳定,从而会污染电网,造成电网供电不稳。为了有效消除倒发电现象,提高系统效率,并结合倒发电的特性及其危害性,采取了下述技术方法:通过控制曲柄速度消除曲柄负转矩,通过电动机做负功时的机械瞬态分离消除动力反传;应用了柔性控制技术和超越离合技术。实施技术措施后,平均单井有功节电率达到8.16%~12.18%,综合节电率达到10.13%~15.26%,系统效率提高了4.66~5.83个百分点。

By analyzing the characteristics and harmfulness of the power generation phenomenon, two main kinds of methods can be concluded, which can effectively eliminate the power generation phenomenon and improve the efficiency of the system. One is to avoid the power generation phenomenon by controlling the crank speed and eliminating the negative torque of the crank. Among them, the flexible control technology can improve the system efficiency by 4.66 percentage points. The second is the mechanical transient separation of the motor to eliminate the power generation phenomenon. Among them, exceeding disconnection technology can improve system efficiency by 5.83 percentage points.
