摘要
国家军民融合战略推行三年来,体制机制藩篱逐步破除、融合程度逐步加深、各参与主体积极性逐步提高,融合初步格局基本形成。为了更好地发挥参与主体的优势,达到以军带民,以民促军的良好发展模式,基于此对具有央企背景的科研院所实施军民融合的路径进行探索,期望能够提供一定意义的参考。
