摘要
阐述了铅酸蓄电池的工作原理,利用低温实验柜模拟南极低温环境对铅酸蓄电池在不同的低温环境下进行了放电实验,分析了放电曲线图。在不同低温的环境下恒流阶段采用不同的电流对铅酸蓄电池进行充电实验,分析了充电曲线图。通过分析实验数据,得到结论,随着环境温度的降低,铅酸蓄电池的容量会随之减小,在-10、-20和-30℃以7.5 A电流放电,放出的电量分别占常温下的80%,64.1%,46%。在温度过低时,使用小电流充入的电量比大电流充入的电量更多。
This paper stated the operating principle of lead-acid battery and then the low temperature experiment tank was used to simulate low temperature environment at the South Pole for carrying out lead-acid battery discharge experiment under different low temperature environment, the discharge curve was analyzed. Conducting charging experiment in the constant current under different low temperature environment on lead-acid battery by using different current, the charge curve was analyzed. The experimental data indicate that the ambient temperature is lower, the smaller the capacity of the battery. At-10,-20 and-30 ℃, discharge in 7.5 A, the discharge power accounts for 80%, 64.1%, 46% of normal temperature. When the temperature is low, the use of small current charging effect will be better than the effect of high current.
