不同周龄雌雄SJ5-SPF鸡生理常数及血液生化指标的测定与分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的为探讨年龄和性别因素对SJ5-SPF鸡生理生化指标的影响。方法采用全自动血液分析仪对不同周龄SJ5-SPF鸡血液生化指标进行测定,包括谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TCH)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ca),共19项。同时还用RM6240C多道生理信号采集处理系统对不同周龄SJ5-SPF鸡的体温(T)、呼吸频率(R)、心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)和收缩压(SBP)进行测定。结果 (1)生理常数所测定体温、呼吸频率、心率、舒张压和收缩压五项指标中,组间相比,4周龄与20、25、40周龄比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),同一周龄雌雄间只有体温没有差异;舒张压只在40周龄存在极显著性差异(P<0.01);心率在4周龄、20周龄和25周龄雌、雄间存在极显著性差异(P<0.01);而呼吸频率和收缩压雌、雄间在4个周龄均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)血液生化指标测定19项显示,组间相比,雌性各周龄之间只有谷丙转氨酶差异无显著性(P>0.05),雄性仅有谷丙转氨酶和葡萄糖差异无显著性(P>0.05),其余生化指标均存在一定的差异;同一周龄雌雄间相比,谷氨酰转移酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、葡萄糖、尿素氮和钠只有1个周龄差异有显著性(P<0.05),乳酸脱氢酶、总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白和肌酐在2个周龄差异有显著性(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶、甘油三酯和钙在3个周龄差异有显著性(P<0.05),而胆固醇和钾在4个周龄差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论本研究测定的结果可为SJ5-SPF鸡的疾病诊断、动物检疫和相关的研究提供科学依据。 Objective To study the effect of age and sex on physiological and biochemical indexes of SJ5-SPFchickens at the age of different weeks. Methods Blood biochemical indexes of SJ5-SPF chickens at the age of differentweeks were measured using an automatic blood analyzer, including 19 items: ALT, ALP, GGT, AST, LDH, TP, GLB,ALB, TB, DB, IBIL, GLU, TG, TCH, BUN, CRE, K^ +, Na+, and Ca2 ^+. At the same time, the body temperature(T), respiratory frequency (R), heart rate (HR), diastolic pressure (DBP) and systolic pressure (SBP) of the SJ5-SPFchickens were measured using a RM6240C multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system. Results(1) Among the physiological parameters, the body temperature, respiratory rate, heart rate, diastolic blood pressure andsystolic blood pressure showed significant differences between the 4-week old chickens and the chickens at ages of 20,25, and 25 weeks (P 〈 0.05) , but there were significant differences between the males and females at the same weeksof age except body temperature. The diastolic blood pressure was only significantly different in the 40-week old male andfemale chickens (P 〈 0.01) . The heart rates showed significant differences between the male and female chickens at 4,20 and 25 weeks of age (P 〈 0.01) . The respiratory rate and systolic blood pressure in the 4-week old male and femalechickens were significantly different (P 〈 0.05) . (2) The 19 blood biochemical indexes showed significant differencesbetween the male and female chickens: the GGT, ALT, AST, TB, DB, IBIL, GLU, BUN and Na+at an week-age (P〈 0.05) , the LDH, TP, GLB, ALB and CRE at two different week-ages (P 〈 0.05) , the ALP, TG and Ca2^ +at threedifferent week-ages (P 〈 0.05) , and the TCH and K^ +at four different week-ages ( P 〈 0.05) . Conclusions Theabove results can provide a scientific basis for diagnosis of SJ5-SPF chicken disease, animal quarantine and other relatedresearch.
