摘要
社交媒体以其开放、分享、即时、互动等特点风靡全球。美国总统特朗普自正式就职以来陆续出台的移民政策逐步强化对申请入境人员进行社交媒体审查的做法,彰显出作为情报开源之一、能够较为真实地反映相应用户思想和行为特征的社交媒体对于入境人员管理的重要性。基于此,我国出入境管理机关应当认识到出入境管理活动加入社交媒体审查的必要性和可行性,正视出入境管理引入社交媒体审查所要面临的严峻形势与挑战,积极应对,提升我国外国人入境管理工作水平,切实维护我国的国家安全和社会稳定。
As an open, shared, instant and interactive communication technique, the emerging social media has enjoyed an enormous popularity across the globe. With the emphasis of successive immigration policies by the Trump＇s Administration intensifying social media checkup since his inauguration, it is supposed that social media, as the open source intelligence, plays a crucial role in Exit and Entry Administration. Chinese law enforcement agencies on Exit Entry Administration will come to realize the necessity and feasibility to introduce social media checkup to their daily works, gain positive experience from the U.S. pilot enforcement, figure out the potential challenges of implementing social media controls within China＇s borders and try their utmost to deal with those challenges so as to firmly enhance the efficiency on Exit and Entry Administration and solidly safeguard China＇s national security and social stability.
