师范大学师德考评的现状及完善考评机制的对策 被引量:1

摘要 师范大学关于师德的考评重视程度远不及教师教学、科研、社会活动等方面的考评;除非涉及影响较大的师德问题,多数人的考评流于形式;考评方式上主要依据教学督查、教师所在院系领导反映情况;考评内容上没有根据不同岗位体现出差异性。提出完善师范大学师德考评机制的对策:加强组织领导,师范大学师德考评是一个系统工程,需要加强顶层设计、整体谋划,才能使考评工作健康有序发展;发动学生参与,教师的表现好坏学生最有评价权;设计科学的指标评价体系,考核内容以教育部关于师德考评的文件为依据,区分层次、区分对象,设计不同的指标评价体系;建立良好的反馈制度,可以促进考评方法的进一步改进和完善;注重考评结果的使用,奖惩措施既要有物质方面的,也要有精神方面的。 This article believes that the evaluation of teachers' morality in normal universities has been attached less importance than teachers' teaching, scientific research, and social activities, etc. and that most assessments of teachers ' morality are a formality unless it is related with an influential issue. The evaluation mostly depends on the teaching supervision or leaders of the department faculty. And the content of the evaluation does not reflect the distinction of different posts.?This paper mainly puts forward the measures to improve the evaluation mechanism of teachers' morality in normal universities: Strengthen the organization and leadership. The evaluation of teachers' morality is a systematic project. It is necessary to strengthen top-level design and overall planning in order to make the assessment develop healthily and orderly; Initiate students' participation.Students have the most right to evaluate whether their teacher's performances are good or not; Design a scientific index evaluation system. The content of the assessment is based on the documents of Ministry of Education on the teachers ' morality evaluation. The index can be designed according to different evaluation levels and evaluated objects; Establish a good feedback system which can promote the further improvement as well as the assessment methods; Pay attention to the use of evaluation results. Meanwhile, the measures need to cover both material and spiritual aspects.
