摘要
本文建立了一种灵芝三萜类化合物含量的快速检测方法。使用超声波仪辅助提取,经酸化、萃取及氮吹后,使用紫外-可见分光光度计进行含量的检测。该方法具有操作简单、耗时短、精密度高和重复性好等特点。
A rapid detection method for analyzing the total content of triterpenoid in Ganoderma Lucidum was established. The ultrasonoscope was introduced to help the extraction. After the acidification, extraction and nitrogen flushing, the product was analyzed by UV-VIS spectrophotometer. The advantages of this method were as follows： easy operating, low-time cost, high accuracy and good repeatability
