摘要
优化了灵芝菌丝体三萜类化合物的提取工艺,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以超声前浸泡时间(A)(min)、超声功率(B()W)、超声时间(C()min)和溶剂乙醇浓度(D()%)四因素三水平进行试验。结果表明各因素重要性依次为:超声时间>超声前浸泡时间>浸泡溶剂乙醇的浓度>超声功率;最佳提取工艺为:超声处理30min,超声前预浸泡时间120min,浸泡溶剂乙醇的浓度为85%,超声功率150W。
The optimal preparation conditions of extracting triterpenoids of the fruiting bodies Ganoderm a sinense were studied by L9 (3^4) orthogonal experiments with respect to ultrasonic wave, treating time, extracting time and concentration of ethanol. The results showed that the order in decreasing importance of these four factors is treating time 〉 extracting time 〉 concentration of ethanol 〉 ultrasonic wave power. The optimal extraction condition was follows: extracted 120 min by ultrasonic wave with the 85 % ethanol. The ultrasonic wave power should choose 150 W.
