摘要
以赤峰膨润土为研究对象,进行直接晾干的干法筛析、烘干浸泡的湿法筛析试验,结合试样XRD分析,讨论SiO2、Al2O3和蒙脱石含量的粒级含量和矿物分布率。试验结果表明:干法筛析的区分效果不大,湿法筛析在-0.045 mm粒级可获得蒙脱石最纯的产物,剔除了伴生石英矿,区分效果较好。
To the Chifeng bentonite, the dry sieve analysis of direct air dired and wet-method sieve analysis after drying and soaking were carried out. Combined with the XRD analysis of the samples, the particle size content and mineral distribution rate of SiO2, Al2O3 and montmorillonite content were discussed. The results showed that the dry-method sieve was invalid on distinguishing, and the wet-method sieve could get the purest product of montmorillonite at -0.045 mm particle level with eliminated the associated quartz ore, so the distinguishing effect was better.
