摘要
目的:建立一种能准确检测药用蒙脱石及其制剂吸附力的测定方法。方法:探测蒙脱石中非水溶性镁类杂质对蒙脱石"吸附力"的影响。结果:非水溶性镁类杂质能严重影响蒙脱石对硫酸士的宁吸附力的测定结果,但对亚甲基蓝吸附力的测定结果基本无干扰,用亚甲基蓝能准确检测药用蒙脱石的吸附力,有效控制产品质量。结论:现有的国家药品标准中检测蒙脱石吸附力的方法专属性较差,不能有效控制药品质量,改用亚甲基蓝检测蒙脱石的吸附力效果更好。
Objective:To establish an analytical method for testing the medical montmorillonite exactly.Methods:Testing the effect on montmorillonite by the impurities in water-insoluble magnesium in montmorillonite.Results:The testing results of adsorbability of montmorillonite and strychnine sulfate pentahydrate could be serious influenced by impurities in water-insoluble magnesium,but it could not be influenced by the adsorbability of methylene blue,so the methylene blue could exactly test the adsorbability of medical montmorillonite and control the quality of production.Conclusion:Existing national pharmaceutical standard method of detection of montmorillonite force poor specificity,can not effectively control the drug quality,use of methylene blue adsorption capacity of montmorillonite test better.
