摘要 目的分析高频振荡通气对早产呼吸窘迫综合征患儿脑损伤的影响。方法选取我院收治的呼吸窘迫综合征早产儿102例作为研究对象。采取分层随机法,将其分成两组。观察组(n=51)采取高频振荡通气治疗,对照组(n=51)采取常规机械通气治疗,比较两组通气方式对患儿的脑损伤情况。结果观察组患者的脑损伤发生率为39.22%,对照组患者的脑损伤发生率为37.25%,两组患儿脑损伤发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿脑室周围-脑室内出血I级发生率、II级发生率、III级发生率、IV级发生率、其他发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频振荡通气对早产呼吸窘迫综合征患儿脑损伤的影响与机械通气相当。 Objective To analyze the effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation on brain injury in children with premature respiratory distress syndrome. Methods 102 cases of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by stratified random method. The observation group(n=51) was treated with high frequency oscillatory ventilation. The control group(n=51) received conventional mechanical ventilation. The brain injury of two groups was compared. Results The incidence of brain injury in the observation group was 39.22%, and the incidence of brain injury in the control group was 37.25%. There was no significant difference in the incidence of brain injury in the two groups(P〈0.05). The incidence of I, II, III, IV and other incidence were no significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation on brain injury in children with premature respiratory distress syndrome is similar to that of mechanical ventilation. It is a safer treatment.
