摘要
针对脱苯塔顶油水分离器分离水带油、回脱苯塔的分离油带水的问题,根据流体静力学原理,对油水分离器进行实体计算及改进。按照计算结果,提高油水分离器内油水分离界面高度,达到分离油回塔、分离水连续采出的良好效果,实现了脱苯塔的正常操作,保证了粗苯生产的安全稳定脱行。
Aimming at the problem of remaining oil in water after oil-water separator on the top of debenzolization tower and remaining water in oil back ro debenzolization tower,according to hydrostatic principle,entity calculation and improvement are held to oil-water separator. According to the calculation results,the oil-water separation interface height can be improved to achieve the good effect of the separated oil back to debenzolization tower and the separated water continuous extraction. The normal operation of debenzolization tower is realized,and the safety and stability of the crude benzene production is ensured.
