Production Practice on Improving Crude Benzene Yield

摘要 针对影响新钢焦化厂粗苯收率的主要因素——洗油质量、吸收温度和循环洗油量,采取了优化精塔采出洗油工艺、改进脱苯工艺和再生器操作工艺、增加循环洗油量等措施,使粗苯收率由0.92%提高至0.98%,洗油消耗量由71 kg下降至60 kg。 In view of the main factors which influencing the crude benzene yield of coking plant in Xinyu Steel-quality of wash oil,absorption temperature and quantity of circulating wash oil,the measurements are taken like optimizing the oil washing process of industrial benzene processes of fine tower,improving of debenzene and regeneration process operation,increasing circulation to wash oil. Coarse benzene yield is increased from 0. 92% to 0. 98%,and wash oil consumption are dropped from 71 kg to 60 kg.
