摘要
目的观察健脑止抽颗粒联合硫必利治疗儿童抽动-秽语综合征(TS)的临床效果。方法收集2015年3~11月在首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院门诊诊治的TS患儿,按区组化随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例。对照组患儿单独采用硫必利治疗,治疗组患儿采用硫必利和健脑止抽颗粒联合治疗,均治疗12周。记录两组患儿硫必利每日服用剂量,比较两组患儿治疗前后耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分和治疗有效率。结果治疗组患儿硫必利每日服用剂量低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗4、8、12周后的YGTSS评分均低于同组内治疗前YGTSS评分(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后YGTSS评分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 与单纯采用硫必利治疗相比,健脑止抽颗粒联合硫必利没有明显提高TS患儿的治疗有效率,但能减少硫必利每日服用剂量,明显降低YGTSS评分。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combination therapy with Jiannao Zhichou Granules and Tiapride in children with Tourette syndrome（TS）. Methods Children with TS diagnosed in outpatient of Children′ s Hospital affiliated to Children′ s Hospital, Capital Institute of Pediatrics were collected from March to November in2015, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with monotherapy of Tiapride, and the treatment group was treated with combination therapy with Jiannao Zhichou Granules and Tiapride. They were treated for 12 weeks. The daily dosage of Tiapride in the two groups were recorded, the Yale global tic severity scale（YGTSS） before and after treatment and the treatment efficiency in the two groups were compared. Results The daily dosage of Tiapride in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The YGTSS scores at 4, 8 and 12 weeks after treatment in both groups were lower than that before treatment in the same group（P〈0.05）, besides after treatment, the YGTSS scores in the treatment group at 4, 8 and 12 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group at the same time（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in treatment efficiency（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination therapy with Jiannao Zhichou Granules and Tiapride cannot significantly improve the treatment efficiency, while it can reduce the daily dosage of Tiapride and the YGTSS score clearly, compared with monotherapy of Tiapride.
