智能制造背景下高职院校的人才培养策略研究——以宁波市高职院校为例 被引量:10

摘要 智能制造促进了产业转型升级和产业结构调整,对职业教育专业结构、人才培养规格和质量提出了新的要求。作为"中国制造2025"首个试点示范城市,宁波市的高等职业教育也要同步改革,以适应人才培养的需要。在分析智能制造对职业教育影响和宁波市高职教育现状的基础上,提出优化专业结构设置、构建高职本科贯通式培养模式、政府学校企业联手建立智能制造师资培训基地等人才培养策略。 Intelligent manufacturing(IM) has promoted industrial transformation and upgrading and industrial structure adjustment. At the same time, it poses higher requirement on the scale and quality of the talent training.The city of Ningbo is the first pilot demonstration city of "made in China 2025". Therefore the higher vocational education in Ningbo should be reformed in order to meet the requirements of talent training. Based on the impact of intelligent manufacturing on vocational education and the present condition of Ningbo higher vocational education, a series of strategies have been proposed: optimizing the structure setting of the major, the construction of integrated training mode for higher vocational education and undergraduate education, joint construction of teacher training base by government, school and business, etc.
