雌激素调控三阴乳腺癌生物学行为及其信号机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见恶性肿瘤,按雌激素受体(ER)表达情况,可将乳腺癌大致可分为ER阳性和ER阴性两类,三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)是ER阴性乳腺癌,不表达ER、孕激素受体(PR)或Her-2受体。TNBC侵袭性和转移性较强,临床预后较差,缺乏特异性治疗靶点,需要一种有效的治疗方法。研究显示,雌激素不仅可调控ER阳性乳腺癌的生物学行为,同时还对TNBC生物学行为如细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭等产生影响,而发挥介导作用的重要受体就是G蛋白偶联雌激素新受体(GPER)。本文主要就近年来雌激素对TNBC生物学行为的影响及其信号机制研究进展进行综述。
