摘要 以三相开环Z源逆变器为例,开展了三相开环Z源逆变器短路故障诊断的应用研究。在三相开环Z源逆变器发生功率开关管短路故障及短路故障后逆变器工作状态理论分析基础上,建立三相开环Z源逆变器故障仿真模型。通过仿真实验获得短路故障状态下的输出侧交流电流信号数据,根据故障特征提出一种针对性的短路故障诊断方法直观的得到短路故障功率开关管出现的位置,并通过仿真验证该方法的可行性。 The three-phase open loop Z source inverter is taken as an example to study the application of it's short-circuit fault diagnosis.The fault diagnosis simulation model of the three-phase open loop Z source inverter is established based on the theoretical analysis of inverter operating condition after power switch getting short circuit fault and short circuit faults happening in the three-phase open loop Z-source inverter. The output AC current signal data in fault states obtained through simulation experiment.According to the fault characteristics,a short circuit fault diagnosis method is proposed to obtain the exact position of short-circuit fault power switch,and the feasibility of the method is verified by simulation.
