摘要
目的探讨耳鼻喉科护理中患者依从性的作用以及应用策略。方法选取我院耳鼻喉科2016年1月—2017年6月收治的78例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院手术患者,按照数字表法随机入组分为对照组及研究组,每组各39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础注重对患者依从性的提升。比较两组护理依从性以及患者对护理满意度。结果观察组护理依从性明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉科护理中注重对患者依从性的提高,能够更好地开展治疗与护理工作,提升患者配合度与其对护理满意度,使得临床效果更为显著。
Objective To investigate the role of patients＇ compliance in otolaryngology care and its application strategy. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients of chronic sinusitis hospitalized in our department of ENT from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected. They were divided into the control group and the study group randomly, 39 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the observation group focused on the improvement of patient compliance on the basis of the control group. The two groups of nursing compliance and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing were compared. Results The nursing compliance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emphasis on improving patient compliance in otolaryngology care can better carry out treatment and nursing work, improve patient cooperation and satisfaction with nursing, making the clinical effect more significant and worthy of further promotion and application.
