摘要
目的分析干部病房老年患者护理安全管理中存在的隐患,提出相应对策,为老年干部提供更好的护理服务。方法选取我院干部病房598例老年住院患者,结合其自身特点及临床护理工作中可能存在的安全隐患进行分析。结果干部病房老年患者的自身因素、环境因素、陪护人员因素及护理人员等因素,都有可能造成护理过程中发生安全隐患,针对这些因素提出相应的对策。结论护理过程中加强患者的入院评估、加强护患沟通、改善病房环境、加强护理人员知识培训,同时构建积极的护理安全文化,能够有效降低护理中不安全隐患,提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze the unsafe hidden danger during the elderly care management in cadre ward, and propose countermeasures to provide better service for the elderly cadres. Methods 598 elderly people in cadre ward of the First Hospital of Nanping City were recruited and investigated. Results There were multiple risk factors of safety among the elderly people, and the risk events were related to chronic disease, environment and caregivers. Conclusion In the course of nursing, should strengthen the evaluation of hospitalization, strengthen the communication between the nurses and patients, improve the environment of the ward, strengthen the training of the nursing staff, and build a positive culture of nursing safety. It can effectively reduce unsafe hidden trouble in nursing and improve the quality of nursing.
