摘要
目的将西格列汀联合胰岛素实行于脆性糖尿病患者治疗中,分析对血糖、C肽、尿酮体以及尿糖水平的影响作用。方法本文分析资料是2015年4月—2017年12月本院收入且治疗的50例脆性糖尿病患者,依据治疗方法不同分成两组,一组纳入25例,胰岛素治疗用于对照组,西格列汀联合胰岛素治疗用于试验组,统计并计算两组患者治疗前后相关指标。结果试验组治疗后FPG、2 h PG、C-P、2 h C-P、Hb Alc与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,试验组治疗后尿糖、尿酮体阳性率与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,试验组治疗3个月后24 h MBG、LAGE、MAGE、PGS、PPGE、△t与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对脆性糖尿病患者实施西格列汀联合胰岛素治疗有助于改善其血糖、C肽、尿酮体以及尿糖水平。
Objective To study the effect of the combination of sitagliptin and insulin in the treatment of patients with brittle diabetes mellitus, and to analyze its effects on blood glucose, C peptide, urine ketone body and urine sugar level. Methods The data of this analysis were 50 cases of brittle diabetes treated in our hospital from April 2015 to December 2017, according to the different treatment, they were divided into 2 groups, one group included in 25 cases, insulin treatment used in the control group, sitagliptin with insulin therapy for patients, the relevant indexes were calculated and calculated before and after treatment in 2 groups. Results After treatment, FPG, 2 h PG, C-P, 2 h C-P and Hb Alc were compared with those in the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The positive rates of urine glucose and ketone bodies in the experimental group were compared with those in the control group after treatment, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After 3 months of treatment, 24 h MBG, LAGE, MAGE, PGS, PPGE and △ t were compared with those in the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of patients with brittle diabetes mellitus combined with insulintherapy can improve their blood glucose, C peptide, urinary ketone and urine sugar level.
