摘要
目的分析尿糖、尿微量白蛋白联合检测在糖尿病早期肾损伤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法以该院2015年5月—2017年5月收治的100例糖尿病早期肾损伤患者作为研究对象,为观察组,且对患者进行病理诊断,同期选取另外100名健康者作为对照组,应用尿糖、尿微量白蛋白联合检测,观察两组血糖监测指标的差异。结果观察组患者的尿糖水平、尿微量白蛋白含量均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与病理诊断结果相比较,尿糖、尿微量白蛋白联合检测的灵敏度为86.57%,特异度为87.88%。结论尿糖、尿微量白蛋白联合检测应用在早期糖尿病患者肾损伤患者的临床诊断中,灵敏度和特异性较好,患者的尿糖水平和尿微量白蛋白均明显升高,其具有较好的临床诊断价值,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of combined test of urine glucose and microalbuminuria in the early renal injury. Methods 100 cases of diabetes patients with early renal injury admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the observation group and the patients were for pathological diagnosis, while 100 cases of healthy patients at the same period were selected as the control group, and the patients were for the combined test of urine glucose and microalbuminuria, and the differences in the blood glucose monitoring of the two groups were observed.Results The urine glucose and microalbuminuria levels in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the sensitivity and specificity of the combined test compared with the pathological diagnosis results were respectively 86.57% and 87.88%. Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of the combined test of urine glucose and microalbuminuria in the early injury of early renal injury are better,which can obviously increase the urine glucose and microalbuminuria levels, with better clinical diagnosis value, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
