摘要
当前,高职院校在教学档案管理工作中还存在对教学档案管理工作认识不足、管理模式落后,教学档案管理制度不科学,教学档案管理信息化建设滞后等问题。因此,应转变思想观念,加大宣传力度;规范教学档案内容,促进管理规范化、系统化;提高教学档案管理队伍素质和管理人员技术;推进教学档案管理信息化,实现档案信息共享。
At present, there are still some problems in teaching archives management of higher vocational colleges, such as insufficient understanding of teaching archives management,backward management mode,unscientific teaching archives management system, lagged infonnation construction on teaching archives management, and so on. Therefore, we should change our ideas,intensify publicity,standardize the contents of teaching archives,promote the standardization and systematization of the management, improve the quality of teaching archives management team as well as management staffs technology, promote the informatization of teaching archives management and realize archives infonnation sharing.
