酵母培养物在肉鸡生产中的应用试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 为研究酵母培养物对肉鸡生产性能和抗病的影响,试验选用罗斯308肉鸡480只,随机分为4组,分别饲喂基础饲料、抗生素饲料、酵母培养物低剂量A饲料、酵母培养物高剂量B饲料。结果表明:在试验前期(1~21 d),酵母培养物B组的21日龄重和日增重分别较对照组高37.16%和48.11%,且料肉比降低了12.39%,酵母培养物A组日采食量较对照组高30.06%;试验后期(21~59 d)酵母培养物A组的日增重、59日龄重和日采食量分别较对照组高14.62%、11.40%和9.88%,抗生素组的料肉比较对照组降低6.03%;全程酵母培养物B组的发病率和死淘率较对照组降低8.53%和6.77%。可见酵母培养物可以提高肉鸡生产性能和抗病力,但要根据不同饲养阶段合理使用。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of a new liquid yeast culture on the performance and disease resistance of broilers. Sixty Roth 308 broilers were divided into 4 groups. They were fed with different feed(basal feed,antibiotic feed,A diet with low dose yeast culture,B diet with high dose yeast culture). The results showed that in the early stage (1 - 21 d) of the experiment,the 21-day-old weight and daily weight gain of the yeast culture group B were 37.16% and 48.11% higher than those of the control group, respectively,and the feed to meat ratio was decreased by 12.39% .The daily feed intake of the yeast culture group A was 30.06% higher than that of the control group. At the end of the experiment (21-59 d),the daily weight gain,weight at 59 days,and daily feed intake of the yeast culture group A were 14.62% ,11.40% ,and 9.88% higher than those of the control group,respectively.The feed to meat ratio of the antibiotic group was 6.03% lower than the control group;The incidence of whole yeast culture B and the mortality rate of death were 8.53% and 6.77% lower than those in the control group.It could be seen that the yeast culture had good effects on the production performance and disease resistance of broilers,but it should be used rationally according to different feeding stages.
