摘要
为探讨乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、尿肠球菌3种益生菌的混合培养物对黄曲霉菌生长及产毒效果影响,将乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、尿肠球菌活化后进行培养,调整浓度为1×108cfu/m L,将乳酸杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌和尿肠球菌均按照1∶1比例制成益生菌混合培养物,并以乳酸杆菌作为对照,分别加入黄曲霉菌培养基中,测定不同类型益生菌混合物对黄曲霉菌菌落生长抑制率、黄曲霉菌孢子生长抑制率和黄曲霉产毒量抑制效果。结果显示:在培养72、96 h时,乳酸杆菌和尿肠球菌混合物组、乳酸杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌混合物组对黄曲霉菌菌落生长率与乳酸杆菌组相比,分别提高了27.1%、49.6%、42.1%、61.6%(P<0.05);在培养6、18、24 h时,乳酸杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌混合物组黄曲霉菌孢子的抑制率与乳酸菌组相比,分别提高了35.4%、16.2%、21.1%(P<0.05);培养18、24 h时,乳酸杆菌和尿肠球菌混合物组与乳酸杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌混合物组黄曲霉菌产毒量抑制率均高于乳酸杆菌组,分别提高了24.5%、41.9%、55.2%、65.4%(P<0.05)。综上所述,枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸杆菌混合培养物对黄曲霉菌生长及产毒具有很好抑制效果。
In order to investigate the effects of mixed Lactic acid bacteria,Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus faecium 3 probiotic cultures on Aspergillusflavus growth and toxin production.After activation of Lactobacillus, Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus,the concentration was 1×10^8cfu/mL.The Lactobacillus and Bacillus, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus faecium were made according to the proportion of 1:1 mixed culture with probiotics,Lactobacillus as control,and added to Aspergillus culture medium, different types of probiotics mixture growth inhibition of Aspergillusflavus spore growth inhibition rate and aflatoxin production inhibitory effect on rate and amount Aspergillusflavus colonies were determined.The results showed that when cultured 72 h and 96 h, the growth rate of Aspergillusflavus were increased by 27.1% , 49.6%, 42.1%, 61.6% (P 〈0.05) compared with that of Lactobacillus in mixture group of Lactobacillus and Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis mixture group.When cultured 6,18 h and 24 h,the inhibition rate of Aspergillusflavus spores on mixture of Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis were increased by 35.4%,16.2% and 21.1% ,respectively (P 〈 0.05).When 18 h and 24 h were cultured,the inhibition rate of mixture of Lactobacillus and Enterococcus faecium,Lactobacillus and Bacillus subtilis mixture group to Aspergillusflavus were higher than that of Lactobacillus group,which increased by 24.5%,41.9%,55.2% and 65.4%, respectively (P〈0.05).In summary, the mixed culture of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus has a good inhibitory effect on the growth and production of Aspergillusflavus.
