摘要
随着城镇化进程的加快,我国受自然资源禀赋约束力逐渐增加,掠夺式开发和环境破坏严重等问题持续突出,在生态文明新时代背景下,科学制定国土空间规划和完善空间治理体系,对统筹好资源环境保护与空间开发以及经济发展具有重要现实意义。运用CiteSpace对1989—2017年以来在中国知网(CNKI)核心数据库中以"国土空间规划"为关键词检索到的文献数据为基础数据源绘制知识图谱进行可视化分析,探究了国土空间规划领域发展历程和最新研究进展及热点,为深化国土空间规划改革,加快形成合理的空间规划体系,健全国土空间开发保护制度提供理论参考和借鉴。研究发现:2008—2017年间,与国土空间规划研究相关的文献和被引文献在数量上呈现急剧增长的趋势,相关学者对该领域的研究热度增强;在国内与国土空间规划相关的不同科研机构单位以及学者之间的共同合作程度不高,有待加强;十八大以来国内关于国土空间规划的研究更加注重规划体系的优化和完善,多关注于"多规合一"、生态环境保护等热点问题;在后续的研究中,"三生空间"的合理划定、生态空间产权的界定、生态空间评价体系的建立、完善生态空间管制制度等将成为新的研究热点和趋势。
With the accelerating process of urbanization and increasing restraint from natural resources in china,Problems such as predatory exploitation and serious environmental damage continue to be highlighted.Under the new background of ecological civilization,scientific formulation of land space planning and a perfect system of space management have an important practical significance for overall planning of resources and environmental protection,space development and economic development.This paper,through Cite-Space,conducted a visualized analysis on the knowledge mapping drawn on the basis of the bibliographic data from 1989 to 2017 searched from the core database of CNKI with ＂land spatial planning＂as the keyword.The development course and latest research progress and hotspots of land spatial planning were also explored.All analysis above provided theoretical reference to deepening the reform of land spatial planning,accelerating the formation of a reasonable space planning system,and improving the national land space development and protection system.The results are shown as follows：（1）From 2008 to2017,there was a rapid growth in the number of the literatures and cited literatures related to the study of land spatial planning,and the researches of related fields increased;（2）In China,the cooperation between different research institutions and scholars related to land spatial planning is not good enough and needed to be strengthened;（3）Since the 18 th National Congress of the People＇s Republic of China,the domestic research on land spatial planning has paid more attention to the optimization and improvement of the planning system,especially such issues as＂Mmultiple Plans＂and ecological environment protection;（4）In the follow-up studies,the rational delimitation of＂Three Spaces of Life,Production and Ecology＂,the definition of ecological space property rights,the establishment of ecological space evaluation system,and the improvement of the ecological space control system will become
