摘要
重视家校合作、引导学生参与学校管理对于维护学生利益、促进学生成长成才和推进高校工作科学化、民主化具有重要意义,但同时也存在着工作还未落实到位、各项保障、各方参与的积极性不高等诸多问题。为此,在立德树人这一高校人才培养的根本任务下,高校通过树立服务理念、引导学生参与校园民主管理、创新家校合作途径等措施,构建"学生、教师、家长"三位一体的询议机制,对于高校强化思想政治教育工作和开拓人才培养新局面具有现实意义。
It is important to think highly of the home-school cooperation and guide students to participate in school management in safeguarding the interests of students, improving their growth and promoting the scientific and democratic work in colleges and universities. But at the same time, there are many problems such as the lack of specific implementation, various safeguards, and enthusiasm for the participation of the parties. So under the basic task of cultivating talents, colleges and universities set up the concept of service, guide the students to take part in the construction of the campus democratic management,innovate the ways of the school cooperation and construct a Three-in-One consultation mechanism of the＂students, teachers and parents＂, which is of practical significance for colleges and universities to strengthen ideological and political education and broaden the new situation of cultivating talents.
