摘要
目前,我国高校在学生管理工作中存在一定的不足之处,过分注重制度的制定,对学生约束过多,服务意识不强,学生综合素质不高。学生在学习、生活、心理。交往方面也存在一定的问题,为此,需要我们引入以学生为本的管理理念,强化学生自律意识,树立高校服务意识,用心对待学生,做好高校学生管理工作。
