摘要
以2009—2016财年中国沪深两市披露研发费用的上市公司为样本,实证检验了企业高管的平均教育程度对企业研发投入的影响,以及高管权力分布和企业所有制性质对上述影响的调节作用。研究发现:企业高管的平均教育程度对企业的研发投入有显著的正向影响;高管权力分布不均衡程度和企业所有制性质对该正向影响有显著的调节作用。
Taking the companies listed in the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges which disclosed the data of RD expenses in FY09-FY16,this paper empirically tests the impact of average education level of executives on enterprise＇s RD investment,and the moderating effects of power distribution in executive team and enterprise ownership.The research found that,the average education level of executives has a significant positive impact on RD investment,and the inequality of power distribution in executive team and enterprises ownership have significant moderating effects on the above impact.
