摘要
目的探讨关节镜辅助复位内固定结合术后持续被动运动(CPM)治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法将2015年11月~2017年8月因胫骨平台骨折于我院就诊的80例患者纳入研究并依据随机数字表法分组。对照组40例用关节镜辅助复位内固定治疗,术后常规主动膝关节运动训练,观察组40例联合CPM,术后12周比较两组临床疗效。结果术后2、12周,观察组伸膝活动度、屈膝活动度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12周,观察组Rasmussen功能评分总优良率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜辅助复位内固定结合CPM治疗胫骨平台骨折患者效果显著,可促进膝关节功能恢复,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic internal fixation combined with continuous passive movement（CPM） in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from November 2015 to August 2017 were studied and grouped according to the random number table method.In the control group,40 patients were treated with arthroscopic assisted reduction and internal fixation,and the regular active knee exercise training was performed after operation.A total of 40 patients in the observation group were combined with continuous passive motion after operation.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared after 12 weeks.Results After 2 and 12 weeks,knee extensor activity,knee activity of observation group were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;12 weeks after the operation,the total score of Rasmussen in the observation group was 97.50%（39/40）,which was higher than that in the control group（77.50%[31/40]）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Arthroscopy assisted reduction and internal fixation combined with CPM in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has a significant effect,which can promote the recovery of the knee joint function,and it is worth popularizing.
