摘要
目的了解四川省民族地区卫生人力资源现状以及差异性,发现问题并提出相应政策建议。方法利用四川省卫生人力资源数据,采用描述分析和数理论证法方法,对四川省民族地区卫生人力资源总量、结构、机构分布及差异性进行现状分析。结果四川省民族地区卫生人力资源在总量、学历、职称机构分布上均存在不足,低于全省平均水平,且内部存在差异性。结论四川省民族地区在卫生人力资源建设中,要提高卫生人员数量和质量,优化卫生人力资源结构,减轻人员分布失衡,缩小地区和城乡差距。
Objective To investigate the current situation and difference of health manpower resources in Sichuan ethnic areas,identify existing problems,and propose the appropriate policy recommendations.Methods Based on the2014 data,the total amount,structure and distribution of health human resources for Sichuan Ethnic Areas were analyzed by using descriptive statistics analysis and several theoretical proofs.Results As for the health manpower resources in Sichuan Ethnic Areas in 2014,there were several existing problems including the inadequate total,the unreasonable structure of educational background and professional title,and the uneven distribution of medical and health institutions at various levels.Conclusion In order to optimizing the construction of health manpower resources in Sichuan Ethnic Areas,we need to improve the quantity and quality of health personnel,optimize the structure of health manpower resources,reduce the imbalance in the distribution of personnel,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.
