摘要
将填充剂、增韧剂和增塑剂等助剂按不同比例混合到回收聚乙烯塑料中,进行熔融混合造粒成型得到回收聚乙烯改性纳米复合材料.采用万能试验机对改性复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能等力学性能进行测试,用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱仪分别对复合材料结构进行结构表征.结果表明:纳米SiO2等能均匀地分散在回收聚乙烯中,且当纳米SiO2质量份数6~8、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯质量份数22~24时,复合材料的拉伸性能提高了42.7%、弯曲性能提高了59.3%,改性后的聚乙烯结晶度得到降低,纳米SiO2小颗粒能够均匀地分散在聚乙烯塑料基体中.
The filling agent,toughening agent,plasticizer and other additives were mixed together according to different mixing ratio with the recycled polyethylene(PE)plastic,then by melting mixing granulation forming,the recycled PE modified nano composite materials were made.By use of universal testing machine,the tensile properties material and the mechanical properties such as flexural performance were tested,and scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)were used respectively for structural characterization of the modified composite material structure.The results show that the nanometer SiO2 can be evenly dispersed in the recycled polyethylene,and when the quality copies of the SiO2 are 6~8,the quality copies of the SBS are 22~24,the tensile properties of the composites will increase by42.7%,the bending performance will improve by 59.3%,after the modification,PE gets lower crystallinity,and nanometer silicon dioxide particles can be evenly dispersed in the PE plastic matrix.
