摘要
近年来,随着物流业的兴盛发展,由其而生的新兴领域——物流金融,也逐渐出现在人们眼前。通俗来说,物流金融是指随金融活动而产生的物流模式,在企业运营过程中,利用金融产品对物流活动进行控制、协调和调度,并对其中资金往来流动进行调动,从而解决供应链节点企业的融资问题,实现企业间互利共赢。然而,当前物流金融的发展尚且处于起步阶段,其本身存在诸多潜在风险因素,也面临着相关法律政策的限制,因此,有必要对物流金融实行有效的风险管理。
In recent years,with the prosperity and development of the logistics industry,the emerging field,logistics finance,has gradually appeared in people＇s eyes. Generally,logistics finance is refers to the logistics mode,according to the financial activities in the process of enterprise operation,use of financial products to control,coordination and scheduling of logistics activities,and to transfer the funds flow,so as to solve the financing problem of nodal enterprises of the supply chain,achieve the win-win cooperation between enterprises. However,currently the development of the logistics finance is still in its infancy,it has many potential risk factors,which is faced with the related legal policy limit,therefore,it is necessary to carry on effective logistics financial risk management.
