摘要
文章基于金融系统工程的思想,构建了物流金融风险来源的识别框架,将复杂的物流金融风险归纳为系统和非系统两大类风险,并对其风险来源进行了详细的识别分析。研究结果将物流金融的系统风险分为宏观与行业系统风险和供应链系统风险,将物流金融的非系统风险分为信用风险、存货变现风险和操作风险,并对这些风险的产生根源进行了经验总结,从而为物流金融进一步的风险评估和控制提供了技术支持。
Based on financial systems engineer,risk identification system of logistics finance is established in this paper.The system divides logistics financial risk into system risk and non-system risk,and analyzes these risks in detail.The research results divide system risk into system risk of supply chain and system risk of macro-economy and industry,divides non-system risk into credit risk,liquidity risk and operation risk,and analyzes the root of these risks.These analyses can provide technologic guidance for the further risk evaluation and control.
